- Go to System -> Config -> Catalog -> Search Engine Optimizations tab
- Delete “.html” from Category URL Suffix.
- Delete “.html” from Product URL Suffix.
- Go to System->Index Management
- Reindex “Catalog URL Rewrites”
- Refresh cache
